What is this app about?


This app helps fish farmers to monitor their fish farm activities, productivity and profitability of their businesses. It simplifies/digitizes data entry, record keeping, accounting and reporting for aquaculture farmers. (The app works entirely offline you don't need internet to use the app).



How do I add a fish record?


From the Home Screen of the app, take the following steps;

  1. Select Inventory from the menu
  2. The choose Fish
  3. You can choose either Additions or Reductions from navigation bar above
  4. Then, add a fish record by clicking on the floating button labelled + Add at the bottom right of the screen.
  5. Fill in the form provided on the next screen and save





How do I add a fish type?


From the Home Screen of the app, take the following steps;

  1. Select Farm Setup from the menu
  2. The choose Fish Types
  3. Click on circular floating button at the bottom right of the screen
  4. Fill in the form provided and click ADD to save
  5. vi. You will receive a feedback message “Fish type successfully added” and your new fish type will appear on the list





How do I add a feed record?


From the Home Screen of the app, take the following steps;

  1. Select Inventory from the menu
  2. The choose Feeds
  3. You can choose either Additions or Reductions from navigation bar above
  4. Then, add a fish record by clicking on the floating button labelled + Add at the bottom right of the screen.
  5. Fill in the form provided on the next screen and save





How do I add a feed type?


From the Home Screen of the app, take the following steps;

  1. Select Farm Setup from the menu
  2. The choose Feed types
  3. Then click on the + Add button at the bottom right of the screen
  4. Then, add a fish record by clicking on the floating button labelled + Add at the bottom right of the screen.
  5. Fill in the form provided on the next screen and save





How do I add a pond site?


From the Home Screen of the app, take the following steps;

  1. Select Inventory from the menu
  2. The choose Sites & Ponds
  3. Then click on the + Add button at the bottom right of the screen
  4. Fill in the form provided on the next screen and save





How do I add a financial transaction?


From the Home Screen of the app, take the following steps;

  1. Select Transactions from the menu
  2. You can choose either Income or Expenses from navigation bar above
  3. Then click on the + Add button at the bottom right of the screen
  4. Fill in the form provided on the next screen and save





How do I add an expense/ income category ?


From the Home Screen of the app, take the following steps;

  1. Select Farm Setup from the menu
  2. The choose either Expense Categories or Income Categories from the options provided
  3. Then click on the + Add button at the bottom right of the screen+ Add at the bottom right of the screen.
  4. Fill in the form provided and click ADD





How do I add tasks?


From the Home Screen of the app, take the following steps;

  1. Select Tasks from the menu
  2. Then, click on the + Add button at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Fill in the form provided on the next screen and save





How do I add farm notes?


From the Home Screen of the app, take the following steps;

  1. Select the message icon at the top right corner in the App Bar
  2. Then click on the floating button at the bottom right of the screen
  3. Fill in the form provided on the next screen and save
  4. Your notes should appear on the list provided





How do I see my reports?


From the Home Screen of the app, take the following steps;

  1. Select Reports from the menu
  2. Then choose the report you want to see from the available options
  3. The next screen shows you the report
  4. You can export your reports to pdf using the button in the upper right corner





When should I get the starter package?


You should get the Starter package if you want to do the following:

  1. To view restricted reports for i.e Fish Additions, Fish Reductions, Feeds Report e.t.c.
  2. To backup/restore your data to your Google Drive account.
  3. To remove adverts
NOTE: You can only Restore data from the Email you backed data to.

When should I get the farm account package?


One should get this package when he or she wants:

  1. To share data / information between different users on the farm account.
  2. Get access to a web version for central management.
  3. Add multiple farm user accounts for record keeping
  4. Access to web reports
  5. To view restricted reports for i.e Fish Additions, Fish Reductions, Feeds Report e.t.c.
  6. Export data to excel, csv pdf, etc
  7. Advert-free experience.


How do I backup or restore my data? (Premium)


From the Home Screen of the app, take the following steps;

  1. Open Menu by clicking on option on upper left corner of the screen
  2. From the menu provided, choose Backup & Restore
Note: Make sure you have premium subscription to use this option




How do I enable a passcode?


From the Home Screen of the app, take the following steps;

  1. Open Menu by clicking on option on upper left corner of the screen
  2. From the menu provided, choose Settings
  3. Then choose General from the options
  4. Under security, select Enable Passcode check box
  5. Enter a 4 digit passcode on the next screen provided
  6. Confirm your 4 digit passcode by entering it the second time





How do I change currency?


From the Home Screen of the app, take the following steps;

  1. Open Menu by clicking on option on upper left corner of the screen
  2. From the menu provided, choose Settings
  3. Then choose General from the options
  4. Select Default Currency and choose your currency from the list provided
